BALANCING CHAKRAS

During my work as a dowser and geomancer, I’ve discovered that being able to measure the energetic field of our spirit bodies, especially the major seven chakras, one may define more rapidly some negative emotions that is affecting the physical body. It is said that it is the condition of our Soul (emotions, feelings, memory, personality) and Spirit (mind, intentions, thoughts...) that determines how the physical body will behave at a cellular level. I measure the major chakras with a pendulum which gives indications by the way it rotates.

“Each person’s unique energy field - said to surround them like an envelope - is accessed from a universal pool known as the Universal Life Force, “prana”, or “chi”. This pool of energy is drawn into the body through each of the chakras and is transformed by them into a particular quality, dominant sense and emotional correlate.... By maintaining an open and smooth flow/channel throughout our chakras, and by freeing ourselves of the mental or emotional traumas that can cause blockages, we can pre-empt the onset of physical dis-ease.” (Liz Simpson, 1998).

Each chakra has its own unique colour and characteristics. The seven major chakras transmit the life-force to where the energy is needed to maintain a healthy, spiritual body. A series of daily emotional events or stress from your environment can eventually leave its mark on your spirit body and soul, which may not manifest themselves for years later. The chakras are said to become damaged, and "shadows" appear in the aura. They may also become underpowered which can give you a feeling of being 'low'. Paying attention to the messages from the soul and spirit body is one way of keeping the physical body healthy. The properties of the crystals and stones used in healing them, is a rebalancing act based on historical evidence, personal experiences, and metaphysical knowledge. Each chakra relates to a ‘plutonic solid’/sacred geometry, so associated crystals are often used to reharmonise them. Chakras can also be 'powered up' with the palm of our hands.

The Major Chakras

7th   CROWN: white/magenta - Higher self, Divine awareness, spiritual, knowing path/purpose.
6th   BROW: indigo - Vision, visualisation and insight. Linked to clairvoyance (clear seeing).
5th   THROAT: blue - Truth, wisdom, responsibility, verbal expression. Linked to clairaudience.
HIGHER HEART: pink - inspiration, hope, trust. Etheric love.
4th    HEART: green - Love for others, healing, compassion, relationships.
3rd    SOLAR PLEXUS: yellow - Self-power, judgments, discernment, mental thought/intellectual.
2nd   SACRAL: orange - Sensuality, emotional balance, creativity. Love for self.
1st    BASE: red - Source of primal feelings, passion, terror, survival, identity. Material energy.

Understanding the qualities of the chakras and what they do for us in our daily lives is often not talked about because they are energy fields that make up our 'aura'  and cannot be readily seen . We can sensitise ourselves to 'feel' our spirit and soul more, and ultimately get to know of what we are really made of, and what drives us through our life on Earth, and beyond. Our Spirit Body contains that 'sixth sense' and is most likely due to the 7th Chakra. Having a well-functioning (or open) Brow Chakra, for example, allows many people to 'see' beyond their physical 'world' whereby they are naturally good at designing, planning, visualisation, learning/understanding concepts, etc. This chakra helps me in my geomancy work, together with the qualities of the Solar Plexus, Heart, Throat and Crown. The "indigo children" are said to be 'seeing' their world through the Brow Chakra, and are often diagnosed as having ADHD symptoms. From my experience, those living on the High-end Autism Spectrum (Aspergers Syndrome) could also be the result of a well-functioning Brow Chakra. Their 'material world' (of the Base Chakra) is not focussed upon very much. Life, for some people, are often being experienced the other way around.

The 'levels' of our functionality and awareness seems to depend on the level of power each chakra is utilising. For example, low self-esteem could develop (an assured 'self' is enabled via the Solar Plexus) because of an issue (say "guilt") associated with the chakra below it - in this case, the Sacral, which enables us to like/love who we are, or a long-standing issue related to family culture or habits (associated with the Base Chakra). Clearing the 'blocks' enables a person to "move on" and upwards, and being able to experience more the refined energies that life has to offer.

The flow of chi (energy) moves throughout our Spirit Body because of two opposing poles (yin-yang): Base-Crown, Earth-Heaven, war-peace, negative-positive, feet-head, back-front, etc. The mid-point is considered 'neutral', and this is where the Heart Chakra sits among the seven major chakras. It is like saying: Our heart (especially when using the Higher Heart) is what can transform us from being in the lower levels to having more understanding, unconditional love, truth and peace. A 'block' here could be from an issue related to 'unforgiveness/not being forgiven' or 'being mean/receiving meanness from others', which could result in the long-run as a heart-attack in the body. It seems, therefore, important to keep an on-going review happening in regards to our 'soul condition'.

 Messages of Colour

The colours we see comes from the sun’s radiations as visible light. A very small part of its total electromagnetic spectrum reaches our planet. Our response to the colour spectrum is very deeply ingrained into our 'nervous' system. Colours are very important to us, especially as it can be used as a vibrational tool to assist in our well-being. The messages of colour have differing meanings around the globe, but in our Western culture, the list below has become generally accepted:

RED    excitement, strength, sex, passion, speed, impulse, action, adventure.

BLUE    trust, reliability, belonging, coolness, success, serious, calm, power, professionalism.

YELLOW   warmth, sunshine, cheer, happiness curiosity, playfulness.

ORANGE   warmth, vibrant comfort, creativity, fun, celebration, youth, affordability.

GREEN    nature, fresh, cool, growth, abundance, money, health, healing, harmony, life.

PURPLE   royal, spirituality, dignity, justice, ambiguity, luxury, fantasy, dreams.

PINK     soft, sweet, nurture, security innocence, tenderness, youthful.

WHITE    pure, virginal, clean, youthful, mild, simplicity.

BLACK    sophistication, elegant, seductive, mystery, secrecy, death.

GOLD     prestige, expensive.

SILVER    prestige, cold, scientific, clean.

We can use colours in our clothing, jewellery and the home to enhance or heal.

Colour is now gaining acknowledgment as a healing tool in modern and alternative medicine. The best healing colours are found in nature. The colourful bands of a rainbow relate to our seven major power centres - the Chakras.

The shadows around  the 'spirit body' (chest and womb) of the female person (above) was related to how she felt about her femininity. After 'clearing', she moved from being 'dowdy' to 'sparkly' within 2 days.
